Published 07/09/08 17:29:00 I think we're going to have to start Photoshopping some of these photos to superimpose the heads of her political and media enemies on them. Of course, you'll all probably seen the laughably bogus photos of Sarah Palin wearing a bikini and the one of her in leather skirt and heels, although upon reflection, what really would be so offensive about those? Anyway, we again have to go across the |
| 07/09/08 | Gary Coleman Hit A Bitch (Dlisted) | |
Published 07/09/08 17:27:36 Gary Coleman , his giant wife (yes, they are still together), and his bodyguard --- WAIT! Gary Coleman needs a bodyguard? Is he paying him in animal crackers? I double checked and his bodyguard is not Todd Bridges. I don't know why he needs to hire a bodyguard when his wife can pretty much defend his ass with her wild horse teeth. I digress. Gary and his hos were leaving a bowling alley in Payson, Utah on Friday night when 24-year-old Colt Rushton got in his business and tried to get a picture. When Gary turned him down, Colt got even more aggressive and took a few pictures anyway. That's when the little angry man got into his vehicle, started to leave and ended up hitting Colt and another car. I've been hit by a Big Wheel before, it's more painful than it seems. Colt has a totally different side of the story. He claims that Gary's scary giant wife grabbed his cell phone and when he tried to get it back, Gary started punching at him before getting into his truck and running him over. Colt is not a quick thinker. Everybody knows that the best way to block punches from Gary Coleman is to hold his head while he's swinging. Duh. Colt was taken to the hospital, treated and released. Hopefully, the nurses gave him a special hug for getting his ass beaten by Gary Coleman. That can't be good on the ego. Police are currently investigating this shit. No arrests have been made, but they said booze might have played a part. That goes without saying. Gary really shouldn't have had that extra wine spritzer. Source |
| 07/09/08 | Wii Warm Up: Here come the City Folk (Nintendo Wii Fanboy) | |
Published 07/09/08 17:25:00 Filed under: Wii Warm Up So here we go -- the next iteration of Animal Crossing is on its way, and we showed you the latest (the box) already . The art definitely emphasizes the larger scope of the title, while still using the familiar logo and character design. By now, though, you probably know whether or not you like Animal Crossing , considering you've had two chances to give it a shot. For a game like this, does the box even really matter? Do you thinkt hey should have changed it, or was keeping the characters -- with their familiar looks -- prominent important? Should the franchise's icons, like KK Slider, been more prominent? Do the fruit trees, and the idea of harvesting all that produce, give you nightmares? Gallery: Animal Crossing: City Folk KK says: buy Animal Crossing: City Folk to visit the city , reach out to friends , and make Iwata cry ! | 07/09/08 | At ThreeAsFour, Sean Lennon Says He Loves Animals: Eating Them, Wearing Them, Having Them As Pets (Show & Talk - New York Fashion Week Blog - New York Magazine) | |
Published 07/09/08 17:16:43 Backstage yesterday at the ThreeAsFour show, we caught up Sean Lennon, who wore a magisterial women's coat with gold buttons and a top hat decorated with Native American bands. His girlfriend, Charlotte Kemp Muhl , wore a coyote headdress. "I got it from, like, these weird mountain men in Wyoming," he explained. "The guy we bought it from said he hadn't seen any people since the last, like, mountain-men meeting, which was ? a year before. He was like, 'I live in nature, in the woods, I don't see any people. I'm so happy to talk to you guys.' There were 100 teepees in a field." So Lennon is cool with fur? "I'm certainly not against fur if they're hunting it themselves and wearing it to clothe themselves and their children in mountainous areas. You know what I mean?" He went on: "I feel like most people that criticize fur are wearing leather shoes, so that bothers me. I love animals. I have pets. I love to have them as pets. I love to eat animals, and I love to wear them. I feel that's okay for me as a human being. Yeah, it's been that way for thousands of years." |
